With a background in both hands-on trade work and business management, he brings a practical, detail-focused approach to every project while keeping a close eye on quality, timelines, and client communication.
Owen is committed to ensuring every job is completed to a consistently high standard, from initial quoting through to final handover. He places strong value on transparency, tidy workmanship, and building long-term relationships with builders, developers, and homeowners alike. Levi Karling – Tiler

Levi has over 20 years of experience in the trade, originally training in London where he spent a decade in demanding architectural environments that shaped his eye for detail and high-end finishes. He moved to New Zealand with his family in 2017 and has since built a strong local reputation for precision workmanship and reliability. Comfortable with everything from kitchen splashbacks to large outdoor patios, Levi is particularly confident with complex geometric layouts and large-format tiles. He has been with TileCo for five years and takes pride in creating durable, beautifully finished spaces that blend classic European training with modern New Zealand styles.
Matt Lavis – Tiler

Matt brings around 12 years of tiling experience across a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Confident with all tile types and techniques, he prides himself on clean, precise finishes and strong attention to detail. He originally started in building before moving into tiling, enjoying the ability to see immediate progress and deliver results clients can truly admire. A standout project for him was a white graphite tiled pool surround that showcased his finishing skills. Matt has been with TileCo for four years.
Luan Batista – Tiler

Luan has three years of tiling experience and is known for his strong eye for detail, particularly with mitres and finishing work. He takes pride in stepping back at the end of a job — once everything is siliconed and grouted — and seeing a clean, sharp result. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business and having previously worked with family, Luan enjoys the challenge of hands-on trade work and is focused on building a long-term career in tiling. A recent highlight was completing intricate marble mosaics in a large Matatā home, where the finished shower stood out for its precision.
